  • LaGrange Church of Christ (KY):  “Where Everyone is Somebody and Christ is Lord.”  Bro. Wayman Thompson reports a good revival meeting the beginning of June.   He has been the minister since Bro. Louis Schuler left us and went home to be with the Lord in 2012.  “The attendance was encouraging with many familiar faces who came to encourage the folks at LaGrange who are carrying on the Lord’s work.   A special fellowship dinner was held on the first day with several expressions of love given in memory of Louis & Joyce Schuler.”
  • Church of Christ Worldwide (Lexington, Kentucky) continues to assist churches in forwarding funds to designated areas around the world.    Financial support continues to be an encouragement as monthly reports are made and checks written to designated recipients.   Is your church being made aware of this ministry?    Located in the upstairs annex at Cramer, is a world map that is visible for everyone to see.    Adjacent to that are photos of the various works.     Our prayer is that these visuals will make a lasting impression.    Other congregations inform us how letters / photos / etc are posted in strategic locations to keep the whole church updated.    Perhaps your church has a designated person to oversee such a work?     This is a plea to help keep MISSIONS before the congregation and “PRAY THE LORD OF HARVEST TO SEND OUT LABORERS INTO HIS HARVEST.”   (Matthew 9:38)
