(Rom. 6:1-5; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)
Christ is the Grace of God, that appeared & brought Salvation to All Men, (Titus 2:11-13), a demonstration of God’s Love through His Death & Resurrection, (Rom.5:6-11). The Grace is the Gospel/Good News Preached/Proclaimed by the Apostle Paul, which is the Death, Burial & Resurrection of Jesus Christ, whereby we are Saved, if we hold fast that word preached to us…unless we believe in vain. (1 Cor. 15:1-8).
Therefore, Salvation is a Free Gift of God, which means Favor by God’s Grace, Jesus Christ. (But note that, that Grace Demands OBEDIENCE. Titus 2:11-13).
We must be connected with the Gospel by Receiving it as a Gift. We will Never be Saved if we are not connected/incorporated into that Gospel of Grace. (Titus 3:3-7).
How shall we be connected/incorporated into that Gospel of Grace? The Pauline epistle teaches us “How” in Rom. 6:3-4, “by being baptized with Christ into His Death; we are buried with Him through Baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in Newness of Life.”
So, after being baptized or incorporated into the Death, Burial, & Resurrection of Jesus Christ, we receive Newness of Life, meaning: “BORN AGAIN”.
Exactly what Jesus taught in the Gospel of John where He said, “Except a man is Born Again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”. How? “Except a man is Born of Water & the Spirit, he cannot Enter the Kingdom of God”. (John 3:3-7).
To God be All the Glory & Honor!
