        Just enjoying the beauty of this day that God has granted us.

Thinking of the words of a song I love.

 “The storm may roar about me,

    My heart may low be laid;

    But God is round about me,

    And can I be dismayed?”

        I am not dismayed because in the midst of this old world’s trouble, God is still on the throne and has promised His children that He will never leave us or forsake us. We can live with peace, with assurance, and with the blessed hope of Jesus’ return for those who love Him. 

        Are you living with this peace that exceeds our understanding? Do you live with the assurance that in spite of everything, it’s going to be alright? Do you have that blessed hope in the return of Jesus, desiring it and expecting it? 

        You can! Surrender your life in repentance and obedience and begin to really live. God loves you!
