The Locust Street Church of Christ just celebrated its 85th birthday this past  Sunday Nov. 6th through Nov. 9th. 85 years old! That means in 1926 the Lord led some dedicated people to begin this work and this church has been faithful to its calling. Down through the years some very  good preachers have ministered at Locust Street. However, like many other churches, it has been the local people that have  held this  group together. Some of you can look back through the past  years and remember those who put their lives into this work and have gone on to be  with the Lord. Praise the Lord for those who have been faithful.

This past Fall Meeting (as it has come  to be called) was  very good. It was well attended and Paul Kitzmiller has  proven to be a very good and  interesting preacher. Much like his father Carl, Paul stands tall in the pulpit and even speaks much like his Dad.

On Sunday night Paul presented some  pictures and discussed the work in the country of Ukraine. They  work mostly in the  city of Donetsk and  he showed some beautiful scenes of that great  city.
