Just a share of what must our reaction and/or attitude be in specific situations in life:

• Joy serving the Lord in the midst of adversity. (Philippians 1).
• Joy serving the Lord in humility and submission. (Philippians 2).
• Joy serving the Lord forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before. (Philippians 3).
• Joy serving the Lord with contentment in life. (Philippians 4).

(“Rejoice in the Lord always; and again i say rejoice…the Lord is at hand.. be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God…And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, and shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”).
