Larry Miles

 

To me, it is one who is seeking each and every day to be more conformed to the image of the Son of God and who seeks to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus.

It is like the song, “I’m pressing on the upward way, new heights I’m gaining every day…” To be spiritual means to be a Christian who has realized that he or she can do nothing apart from the Lord.  But the Christian can, when appropriating all that the Lord has for us, attain spiritual maturity.  We must remember that it is a life long process, one that will not be complete until the time when “we shall be like Him.”
